National Council President Nikolić meets Ambassador of P. R. China Li Manchang

President of the National Council for Coordination of Cooperation with the Russian Federation and the People’s Republic of China Tomslav Nikolić had a meeting today with Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to the Republic of Serbia Li Manchang.

China’s Ambassador informed Council President Nikolić about the progress made in the implementation of all the major projects agreed between Serbia and China. The projects are related to areas of energy, transport, investments in Serbia-based production plants and other forms of cooperation.

Ambassador Li Manchang conveyed the gratitude of China’s President Xi Jinping for the congratulatory letter addressed to him by Mr. Nikolić after the successfully completed 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the President’s re-election as Party leader.

Moreover, the interlocutors discussed the incoming visits from China to be made by state and business delegations by the end of the year.
