Ambassador of PR China HE Mrs Chen Bo pays farewell call on Council President Nikolić

President of the National Council for Coordination of Cooperation with the Russian Federation and the People’s Republic of China Mr. Tomislav Nikolić received today a farewell call from Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Serbia Her Excellency Chen Bo. In a very cordial and substantive sit-down, the interlocutors exchanged their views on the history and present of the strongest ever relations between the two countries. The outgoing Ambassador recalled her tenure in Serbia prior to her ambassadorial term, adding that she clearly remembered Council President Nikolić back from his time in opposition. The sides jointly concluded that the Sino-Serbian bilateral relations are now at the highest possible level, primarily owing to Serbia’s President Aleksandar Vučić and China’s President Xi Jinping, and that the firm foothold on which they stand had been established while Mr. Nikolić held the office of President. The Council President wished Ambassador Chen Bo every success in her future endeavours.
